Nope! Because workouts are customized I can work with just about any equipment you have. However, it is recommended that you have access to some heavy-ass weights (50+lbs ideally... yes, that's correct. Yes, you can definitely lift that) so we can avoid plateaus, and because I have a reputation for making women strong AF 😏

You can expect to devote 30-60 minutes per day, between workouts, meal prepping, and communicating with me. If you’re someone who’s already in a solid routine of working out, it’ll likely be more about adjusting what you spend your time on than spending MORE time.

My coaching works best for women who have an existing workout routine, and have been exercising and eating well consistently but are looking to level up.
This program is NOT suitable for those just getting started with fitness as it tends to be overwhelming.
It is also not ideal for those who are experiencing disordered eating, or whose main struggle is nutrition. If this is you, you would likely benefit from the support of a nutritionist or dietician rather than a personal trainer.

I’ll be honest: most reputable 1:1 fitness coaching programs use the same basic methods because the basics WORK.
Having said that, I place a lot of emphasis on training performance, and I don’t know many coaches who give the level of detailed feedback on exercise form as I do. I have a unique talent for making women fall in love with lifting which in turn leads to consistency, and ultimately: results.

Honestly, when was the last time you had even 6 straight WEEKS of nothing coming up? Exactly. My job is to help you keep moving towards your goals even when things are messy, not just when they’re convenient. I can easily adjust or give you a new workout plan for your trip.

Before going any further we need to both decide that we’re a good fit; when you book a Consult Call we’ll chat about where you’re at, what your goals are, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you need. If we both decide to move forward, we’ll choose a date to start onboarding.
You’ll complete an Intake Questionnaire which will give me allll the information I need to map out your 6-month plan, create your workout program and macro protocol.
We’ll have a Zoom call to review everything, and then you’re off to the races!
