I’m a mom of 3, wife, certified personal trainer, and lifelong movement nerd.
I grew up doing sports (karate and track mostly), and running around forests. In university I was introduced to weightlifting and never looked back.
I threw myself into fitness and bodybuilding. Tbh, it consumed me a bit too much at the beginning. I lived in extremes because I thought there was only one path to fitness.
But when I became a mom my priorities shifted, and everything changed. I found balance, and learned that progress doesn’t always come from doing MORE, it comes from doing BETTER, and that consistency over time beats perfection any day. Figuring that out helped me get into the best shape of my life and accomplish some pretty cool things (see below!)
I’ve been lifting nearly 20 years and coaching for more than a decade. I’ve helped hundreds of women build muscle, gain confidence, and finally get how to train for their bodies - not against them. My goal is to help you lift smarter, eat with intention, and feel strong in your own skin because I feeling good IN & ABOUT your body is a powerful feeling that all women deserve to experience.
